The construction of positive peace, throughout a continuum of operative roles from the district to the UN, has, as its topic moment, the promotion and protection of human rights: from those of the person to those of the peoples, from those individual to those collective, from civil and political rights to economic, social and cultural rights, all interpreted in the light of the principle of their interdependence and indivisibility . This approach based on values plus actions structures students' preparation during the degree and post-graduate courses on human rights of the University of Padua.
