MA in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance: premier of the video documentary of the second Winter School “Microfinance in Action” in Nepal

The video documentary of the second Winter School “Microfinance in Action” in Nepal will be projected on Tuesday 28th March at 17:00 in the Human Rights Centre (via Martiri della Libertà, 2) in the Piergiorgio Cancellieri Library.

The video highlights the excellent work of the eight selected students from the Master's Degree in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance who spent two weeks in different areas of Nepal from the 24th September to the 8th October 2016 studying how microfinance can help developing countries in eradicating poverty and reducing inequalities in a human rights perspective.

On top of watching the in-depth studies of our Master’s students from last year, there will also be a short presentation by Professor Alberto Lanzavecchia about the next edition of the Winter School of 2017 in Nepal, including information about the application process and participation.

There will also be the opportunity to hear from a group of students who are currently planning this year’s United for Nepal 2017 campaign about the initiative and how to get involved in fundraising.
