This database is aimed at providing the main sources of international human rights law, humanitarian law and international criminal law in their Italian translation (but maintaining links to the official texts in English).
Besides the universal instruments constituting the International Bill of Human Rights, the database collects both regional legal instruments (Council of Europe, Organization of American States, African Union, etc.) and non-legally binding documents (declarations, resolutions, guidelines) of particular interest for the progressive development of international human rights law.
The database is only accessible within the Italian version of this websiteAccess the database in Italian (clicking here you are leaving the English version of the website)
