ISODARCO Course: Open the Call for Application to participate in the Summer Course “Peace and Stability in the Age of Militarized AI and Cyber-conflicts: New Challenges and Risks”, 6-13 August 2025

Registration is now open for the 63rd ISODARCO Course (International School on Disarmament and Research on Conflicts), which will be held in Volterra (Pisa) from August 6 to August 13, 2025. This year’s theme, “Peace and Stability in the Age of Militarized AI and Cyber-conflicts: New Challenges and Risks” is of  highly relevance and importance. 

Participants will have the possibility to be part of a stimulating academic environment where internationally recognized scholars will address the geopolitical, diplomatic, legal, and ethical implications of risks and challenges posed by militarized AI and cyber warfare. The course is structured to be accessible to individuals from various educational backgrounds and academic qualifications, with introductory lectures providing the necessary scientific, technological, and socioeconomic foundations.

To participate, interested individuals must complete the application form available on the ISODARCO website. Selection of participants will be based on academic merit and the relevance of the course to their field of study or professional career.
