Seminario FISPPA 13 dicembre

On Saturday, 13 December 2025, Professor Sara Santilli, psychologist and expert in inclusive and sustainable career guidance, in collaboration with Professor Maria Cristina Ginevra, PhD Student Barbara Rinaldi and Dr Carlo Bortolami, organised a FISPPA departmental seminar entitled Emerging from Invisibility – Dignity, Work and Social Participation between School and Community”.

The seminar aims to examine, through a dialogue with experts from a range of disciplinary fields, including Nadia Dalla Costa, Tania Toffanin, Ciro De Vincenzo, Loredana Carrieri and Luca Marabese, some of the main forms of exclusion currently characterising educational, professional and social contexts. Inequalities in access to education, job insecurity, mental health, economic fragility and educational poverty are only some of the interconnected dimensions that contribute to reinforcing the social invisibility of individuals. From this perspective, it is essential for experts, researchers and practitioners working within the community to offer complementary viewpoints for interpreting ongoing transformations, with the ultimate goal of identifying concrete possibilities for intervention.

This event intends to cultivate what may be called a “collective utopia”; that is, it seeks to stimulate the imagination and subsequently enable the implementation of pathways to recognition, dignity and participation for those who today find themselves at the margins of educational systems, the labour market and community life.

The event is free but to participate, registration is required by 10 December via the following link: https://forms.gle/CBijw5w5ByRbvuPS7

The seminar will take place in the Aula Magna of Psychology, located in the Psico 3 Building in Via Venezia 14, Padua. It will be in Italian and it will begin at 09.15 a.m. and end at 01.30 p.m. Attendance is possible in person only.
