The project University Corridors for Refugees UNICORE - 6.0 aims to provide opportunities for refugees currently residing in Kenya, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe to continue their higher education in Italy.
There are 39 Italian Universities participating, for a total of 67 Places available for students in 386 courses. Duration: 2 years
The students selected will begin their degree courses in September 2024, and will receive a fee waiver, a scholarship of €3,600 (gross amount), lodging, meals at university canteens, and numerous complimentary services provided by local partners.
In cooperation with UNHCR, the University of Padova offers two scholarships to refugee students for the A.Y. 2024/25. Please visit the dedicated page at this link to learn more about the selection criteria.
