The Cities of Reggio Emilia and Novellara release handbook on interreligious dialogue actions

Fondazione Mondinsieme in collaboration with the Municipalities of Reggio Emilia and Novellara issued the handbook “Valuing religious communities as key actors of social cohesion”. 

The handbook is aimed at providing guidance for public administrations in conducting successful interreligious policy, in accordance with target 10.2 of the Sustainable Development Goals (Promote universal social, economic and political inclusion).

The topics covered in the publication are dedicated to the normative instruments and institutional orientations to be considered by local authorities dealing with religious pluralism, to various inclusion strategies and territorial enhancement, regarding public space and freedom of worship and, finally, to the contribution given by places of worship.
