The Human Rights Centre and the International Alliance of Inhabitants organize the first Zero Evictions Marathon, 11 October 2024

The Human Rights Centre of the University of Padua and the International Alliance of Inhabitants (IAI) are organising the Zero Evictions Marathon (ZEM), the first international "marathon" of testimonies, debates, studies and art against forced evictions. The event will take place on 11 October 2024, from 9 in the morning until the evening, and will feature testimonies, lectures, performances, etc., live or pre-recorded, proposed by organisations, communities and individuals from Asia-Pacific to the Americas, following the time zones. 

One can participate in the ZEM either "on site", by visiting the Human Rights Centre at any time of the day, or “online”, by connecting to the streaming platform.

The ZEM is part of the Human Rights Centre's "Third Mission" initiatives for 2024.
