Programmatic tools

The Triennial Programmes, approved by the Regional Council and by proposal of the Regional Government, and the Annual Plans, adopted by the Regional Government, are the two programmatic tools established by Regional Law No. 55/1999, which delineate the objectives, strategic priorities, criteria for selection of initiatives, and the procedures for granting loans.

Development of both planning documents is contributed by the Committee for human rights and for a culture of peace, composed by representatives of local administrations, of civil society, of the University, of entrepreneurships and of social parties.
