Founded in 1973, the Center for Civil and Human Rights promotes the value and dignity of every human being and the essential role of education in constructing a culture of human rights. Founded on Catholic tradition, the Center is dedicated to becoming a leader in the education of law students, lawyers and the community at large dealing with human rights issues around the world, through the development of teaching programs, publications and research projects.
