Study trip to Geneva for the students of the Master Degree in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance
From 8 to 12 May 2016, the students of the Master Degree in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance, divided into three groups with parallel programs, had the opportunity to meet officials of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and of several international organisations such as WTO, ILO, IOM and ICRC.
They attended some meetings of the 25th session of the Universal Periodic Review (2nd cycle, 2012-2016), reviewing the following countries: Suriname, Saint Vincent and Grenadine, Samoa, Greece, Sudan, Hungary, Papua New Guinea, Tagikistan, Tanzania, Antigua and Barbuda, Swaziland, Trinidad and Tobago, Thailand, Ireland.
Students have been invited for a meeting by H.E. Amb. Maurizio Enrico Serra at the Permanent Mission of Italy to the United Nations.
