21st century competences of human rights graduates: A seminar at the Human Rights Centre

On 30 June-1 July 2025, the seminar entitled '21st Century Competences of Human Rights Graduates', jointly organised by the Human Rights Centre of the University of Padova and the Global Campus of Human Rights – Master's degree in human rights and democratisation, will be held at the Centre's venue. The seminar brings together a small number of professors of master's degree courses in human rights or related subjects in different European countries, intending to focus on the new skills and competences that such master's programmes should promote among students.
The institutions represented include, besides the University of Padua and the Global Campus, University NOVA Lisbon, Queen's University Belfast, Abo Akademi, University College Dublin, the Danish Institute of Human Rights, the University of Tartu, the University of Lund, the University of Cyprus, and the University of Utrecht. Key speakers are Corinne Lennox, University of London, Human Rights Consortium, David Griffiths, Chatham House, and Mohamed Kheir, Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.
