The University of Padova Human Rights Centre “A.Papisca” has published a new scientific article in the Peace Human Rights Governance scientific journal (PHRG).

The article, titled “A Multi-Level Governance of Resilience: Civil Society, Universities and Local Governments for the Support of Refugee Students in Italy”, is written by Elisa Gamba.
The study explores the crucial role of multi-level governance of resilience in creating supportive spaces for the defense of human rights, with a particular focus on supporting refugee students in the Italian university system.

PHRG is six-monthly and completely open access. It constitutes a new resource within the increasingly broad and multi-faceted scientific community engaged in the study of human rights, which aims to present original theoretical and empirical contributions on current human rights issues while fostering the development of a robust multi-disciplinary and multi-level approach to research and scholarly dissemination on these topics.
