New paper of the PHRG Journal is out: Defining “Minority”: Debates around Framing Strategies at the UN Forum on Minority Issues

The University of Padova Human Rights Centre “A.Papisca” has published a new scientific article in the Peace Human Rights Governance scientific journal (PHRG).
The article, titled “Defining “Minority”: Debates around Framing Strategies at the UN Forum on Minority Issues”, is written by Alexandra Cosima Budabin. The study explores how minority representatives engage with the UN Forum on Minority Issues to frame the concept of "minority" and advocate for their rights. It analyzes debates around the definition of minority within the Forum, revealing challenges and opportunities for minority groups in global governance.
PHRG is six-monthly and completely open access. It constitutes a new resource within the increasingly broad and multi-faceted scientific community engaged in the study of human rights, which aims to present original theoretical and empirical contributions on current human rights issues while fostering the development of a robust multi-disciplinary and multi-level approach to research and scholarly dissemination on these topics.
