New paper of the PHRG Journal is out: “Reframing Business as Collective Economic Agency: A Systemic Shift Toward Peoples’ Rights”
The University of Padova Human Rights Centre “A.Papisca” has published a new scientific article in the Peace Human Rights Governance scientific journal (PHRG).
The article, titled “Reframing Business as Collective Economic Agency: A Systemic Shift Toward Peoples’ Rights”, is written by Adina-Iuliana Deacu.
The study develops a multidimensional framework that reconnects economic activity with human dignity, ecological limits, and collective rights and explores implications for peoples’ rights, peacebuilding, and multilateral governance, arguing that reimagining business as a public, regenerative function offers a viable pathway toward a rights-based economy aligned with justice, solidarity, and peace.
PHRG is six-monthly and completely open access. It constitutes a new resource within the increasingly broad and multi-faceted scientific community engaged in the study of human rights, which aims to present original theoretical and empirical contributions on current human rights issues while fostering the development of a robust multi-disciplinary and multi-level approach to research and scholarly dissemination on these topics.
