New paper of the PHRG Journal is out: “The Draft International Covenant on the Right to Development: Where Are We with the Realisation of the Right to Development?”
The University of Padova Human Rights Centre “A.Papisca” has published a new scientific article in the Peace Human Rights Governance scientific journal (PHRG).
The article, titled “The Draft International Covenant on the Right to Development: Where Are We with the Realisation of the Right to Development?”, is written by Francesca Mussi.
The contribution takes stock of the realisation of the right to development, by exploring the added value of the UN Draft International Covenant on the Right to Development in terms of its normative contents particularly compared with its soft law predecessor.
PHRG is six-monthly and completely open access. It constitutes a new resource within the increasingly broad and multi-faceted scientific community engaged in the study of human rights, which aims to present original theoretical and empirical contributions on current human rights issues while fostering the development of a robust multi-disciplinary and multi-level approach to research and scholarly dissemination on these topics.
