Towards the PerugiAssisi March 2025: Organisational meeting for University of Padova students, Human Rights Center, June 24, 2025

The Human Rights Center “Antonio Papisca” and the Unesco Chair in Human Rights, Democracy and Peace at the University of Padova are organising a preparatory meeting for the participation of University of Padova students in the PerugiAssisi March for Peace and Fraternity 2025. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 24 at 5.30 pm, in person at the Human Rights Center’s Library, via Beato Pellegrino, 28 and online via the following Zoom link: https://unipd.zoom.us/j/84460753246 

The PerugiAssisi March for Peace and Fraternity “Imagine all the people” will take place on October 12, 2025, starting from the Giardini del Frontone in Perugia at 9 am and arriving at the Rocca Maggiore in Assisi around 3 pm. The entire route of the March is approximately 24 kilometers.

The University of Padova, with the support of the Human Rights Center, has always actively participated in the March with students, civil service volunteers, faculty, and technical-administrative staff.

In this occasion as well, the Human Rights Center will organise transportation and accommodation to ensure a large participation from our university community. Departure will be early Saturday (time to be determined) and return will be Sunday evening.
