A member of the Executive Committee of the Italian National Federation of the Press (FNSI), she has served as Regional Secretary of the Veneto Journalists' Union since 2017. She is also a member of the Steering Committee of the two Advanced Training programmes, A Passion for Truth and the Construction of Inclusive Contexts, organised by the University of Padua in collaboration with the FNSI, Articolo 21 and the Veneto Journalists' Union. She is among the creators and promoters of the Venice Manifesto, one of the Italian journalism profession's self-regulatory charters aimed at combating gender discrimination and violence against women through responsible language and imagery. Since 2004, she has worked as a crime reporter for Il Gazzettino, covering, among other major investigations, the MOSE corruption scandal and organised crime infiltration by the Camorra in eastern Veneto.
