Extraordinary Mobilization "Music, Words, and Images for a City of Peace", Padova, May 9, 2025

On Friday, May 9, 2025, on the occasion of Europe Day and the 80th anniversary of the Liberation and the foundation of the UN, Padova gathered at the Extraordinary Mobilization “Music, Words and Images for a City of Peace” in front of Palazzo Moroni, as part of the Festival of Peace, sponsored by the PerugiAssisi Foundation. Through music, poetry and the art of embroidery we reaffirmed the importance of each person's daily commitment, multilateralism and international law to build a positive and nonviolent peace. The event was organised by the Municipality of Padov in collaboration with the Human Rights Center, Area Pace, Diritti Umani e Cooperazione Internazionale and Uniti per la Pace Padova.
