The institutional aspects of the European Union accession to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (ECHR). Delegates from the European Union and from the Council of Europe partecipated in the event, as well as representatives of national parliaments and international experts on Human Rights and Communitarian Law. On behalf of the Human Rights Centre of the University of Padua, Professor Antonio Papisca, UNESCO Chair in “human rights, democracy and peace”, contributed to the hearing.
