EIUC: Graduation Ceremony of the European Master Programme in Human Rights and Democratisation in memoriam Antonio Papisca, Venice, 24th September 2017

The official Ceremony for the Awarding of Diplomas to the students of the European Master Programme in Human Rights and Democratisation (EMA) concluding the academic year 2016/2017 will take place at the beautiful Scuola Grande di San Rocco in Venice on Sunday, 24th September 2017, at 16.00.
As in previous years, the Ceremony will award the Joint Diploma of EMA to the graduates of the 2016/2017 academic year and will open the class of 2017/2018 by welcoming the new students. In addition, this year's ceremony will also celebrate the 20th aniversary of EMA.

This special occasion is also dedicated to paying tribute to the founding father of the programme and EIUC, Antonio Papisca, who sadly passed away in May this year.

The ceremony will be an important moment to commend the accomplishments of EMA together with the EMA and EIUC community - the Rectors and Professors of all EIUC and E.MA participating universities, the EIUC Advisory Board members, the Global Campus partners as well as representatives of international organisations and local government authorities that actively support the programme and the Region of Veneto, the Municipality of Venice, the Council of Europe, OSCE, UNESCO and the United Nations.
