Recruitment of volunteers for the Oxfam fundraising campaign

Oxfam Italia is looking for volunteers in the Province of Padua for the Christmas campaign "Wrap a present, give a future 2020".

One of Oxfam's main areas of intervention is humanitarian emergencies. Its activities include guaranteeing access to water, sanitation and shelters for victims of conflicts and natural disasters. In particular, Oxfam is committed to raising funds to support people in the humanitarian crisis in Yemen in order to ensure them the access to safe water to prevent the diffusion of diseases and to guarantee safe sanitation.

With the initiative “Wrap a present, give a future”, from 21 November to 24 December, Oxfam and its volunteers will wrap Christmas gifts from customers who, with a small offer, will join Oxfam's efforts in responding to emergencies.

Oxfam (Oxford Committee for Famine Relief)is a global movement of people who are fighting inequality to beat poverty together. Founded in 1942 and arrived in Italy in 1972, Oxfam provides assistance in the most important crises in the world and carries out a series of research and sector studies, positioning itself as a world expert in development issues.
