Towards the PerugiaAssisi March "Transforming the Future", 21 May 2023: invitation to participate to the students of the University of Padova

On May 21, 2023 will be held the Peace and Fraternity March PerugiAssisi "Transform the future", dedicated to young people, schools and universities.

The world needs young artisans, builders of peace. New, positive, creative energies, able to resist violence and rampant war. Young people immersed in reality, but able to dream and desire a better life. Competent young people, prepared to work with a rapidly changing future. Generative young people, committed to facing contemporary challenges with passion and creativity. Young people who take care of their lives but also of others and the planet.

To them, to their formation and their protagonism, is dedicated the next March of peace PerugiAssisi, to reopen the future that today seems closed and closed to many, threatened by violence, endless wars and mountains of inequality, by continuous environmental disasters and pandemics.

The University of Padova has always taken part in the PerugiAssisi March thanks to the participation of students, volunteers of the Civil Service, teaching and technical-administrative staff.

The Human Rights Centre "Antonio Papisca" joins the March PerugiAssisi 2023, and will provide a free bus, with the proposal to prepare together a conscious and active participation through a common path of meeting and discussion.

All those registered will receive an email with useful information to attend the preparatory meetings and the March, the first meeting will take place on Monday 17 April at 17.30 at the library of the Human Rights Center.
