University of Bergamo: Meeting of UNESCO Chairs on the theme "Developing together a new partnership for strengthened cooperation"

The holders of 41 UNESCO Chairs in human rights, democracy, bioethics, peace and tolerance, active in all continents, have met at the University of Bergamo on iniative of the local Chair and of the UNESCO General Direction, in order to discuss on the theme "Developing together a new partnership for strengthened cooperation".

The UNESCO Chair of the University of Padua has been represented by its holder, Prof. Antonio Papisca, and by the Director of the Human Rights Centre, Prof. Marco Mascia.

At the end of the symposium the participants have adopted a Final Declaration which includes working tracks on determined thematic areas.
