Conference “Education for Development and Peace”, Pavia, 21 June 2012

The University of Pavia, in partnership with Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, the Institute for Advanced Studies of Pavia and the Human Rights Centre of the University of Padua, organises the Conference titled "Education for Development and Peace", which will take place on Thursday 21 June 2012, at 2 p.m, at the St.Catherine College of Siena.

The Conference represents an opportunity to confront three academic realities engaged in the areas of cooperation, development, human rights and conflict management.

The conference will be attended, among others, by Professor Antonio Papisca, Director of the UNESCO Chair "Human rights, democracy and peace" and Director of the Italian Yearbook of Human Rights, and by Professor Marco Mascia, Director of the Human Rights Centre of the University of Padua.
