Palestine and Israel, the current affairs under a Human Rights perspective -- SET Community Conversation, 21 May

SET community conversation, May 21. Palestine and Israel, the current affairs under a Human Rights perspective

The Student Engagement Team (SET) is organising a community conversation on Zoom, May 21st, at 16:45, on the topic of Palestine and Israel, the current affairs under a Human Rights perspective.

The planned interventions will involve students who are directly affected by the aggression and violence within the region to tell their stories without judgement. Secondly, to provide factual and historical context for those who are still unaware, or unclear on the situation. Professor Pietro de Perini will reconstruct the historical facts based on his research, including the reaction of the international community. All interventions and questions are welcome during the event.

Student Engagement Team (SET), is an independent initiative, led by students enrolled in the second year of the Human Rights and Multi-level Governance (HRG) program at Università degli Studi di Padova (UNIPD), which aims to amplify the voice of students by documenting their concerns and working with contributors to develop interventions that benefit all stakeholders.
