Laura Nota

She is a Full Professor of Career Guidance Psychology and Psychology of Inclusion at the University of Padua, where she directs the Research and Intervention Laboratory for Career Choices. She previously directed the University Centre for Disability and Inclusion (2010-2020) and served as the Rector's Delegate for Inclusion and Disability (2015-2021). She is the coordinator of the 'Inclusion and Social Justice' Working Group within the Network of Universities for Sustainable Development, president of the Italian Guidance Society, past president of the European Society for Vocational Designing and Career Counselling, and editor of the International Journal for Educational and Vocational Guidance. She represents the University of Padua in the UNITWIN NETWORK "Life designing interventions for decent work and sustainable development", an initiative of the UNESCO Chair for Lifelong Counseling. She directed two Advanced Training courses, 'The passion for truth and the construction of inclusive contexts' in collaboration with the National Federation of the Italian Press, Article 21, the Veneto Journalists’ Union. She is also a member of the organising committee of the specialisation course in “Guidance and career counselling for inclusion, sustainability and social justice”. She participated in the Ministry of University and Research's Working Group on Combating Inequalities, coordinated by Fabrizio Barca and Fulvio Esposito in 2020, and is a member of the Working Group on Inequalities of the Forum on Inequalities and Diversity.

Maria Cristina Ginevra

She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology at the University of Padua, where she teaches Career Guidance Psychology and Human Rights and Inclusion. She is the director of the Specialization Course in 'Guidance and Career Counselling for Inclusion, Sustainability and Social Justice' and was a member of the Organising and Scientific Committee of the Advanced Training Course "Telling the truth: how to inform while promoting an inclusive society?. Social investigative journalism: research and accuracy as antidotes to fake news". She collaborates with La.R.I.O.S. (Research and Intervention Laboratory for Career Choices). She is a member of the Board of Directors of SIO (Italian Society for Guidance), an ordinary member of AIP (Italian Association of Psychologists), and a member of the European Society for Vocational Designing and Career Counseling. She is co-editor of the International Journal for Educational and Vocational Guidance.


Marco Mascia | marco.mascia@unipd.it

He is a Professor of International Relations at the University of Padua, where he coordinates the UNESCO Chair "Human Rights, Democracy and Peace"; and holds the Jean Monnet European Chair "Political System of the European Union". He is also President of the University Center for Human Rights "Antonio Papisca" and Coordinator of the Network of Italian Universities for Peace (RUniPace). He serves as a member of the Academic Board of the Joint International PhD Programme in Human Rights, Society, and Multi-level Governance and is Director of the Journal "Peace Human Rights Governance". In addition, he is responsible for the training of young people in universal civil service at the University of Padua. He is a member of the scientific committees of national and international journals. He was also a member of the governmental commission responsible for drafting the legislative decrees implementing the enabling law on disability (2022-2023). Since 2018, he has coordinated the "Women, Peace, Security" project, promoted and implemented by the University Centre for Human Rights in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. He is a member of the Monitoring and Evaluation Committee for the pilot programme of the Civil Peace Corps at the Department of Youth and National Civil Service of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, and a member of the Board of Directors of the PerugiAssisi Foundation for the Culture of Peace. His main research interests include: international democracy; the EU political system; the EU common foreign and security policy; the role of global civil society in international politics; and the role of local and regional authorities in promoting and protecting human rights.


Roberto Reale | robertoreale3@gmail.com  

He is a journalist and writer. He served as Chief Editor at Rai del Veneto, and later Deputy Director of the Regional News, Tg3 and Rainews 24.
He curated "Scenari l'Inchiesta Web", a weekly current affairs programme which, for the first time in Italy, presented on television a journalistic investigation at the European and global level, carried out entirely using big data and web archives.
He studies technological evolution and media behaviors, and the concrete effects that new digital tools have on society, with particular attention to issues related to citizenship and democracy. He is Professor of Communication and a member of the coordinating team of the Laboratory La Cura del Vero.

Sara Santilli | sara.santilli@unipd.it   

She is a psychologist-psychotherapist, specialised in Psychology of School and Professional Career Guidance,  and Associate Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology of the University of Padua. She teaches "Psychology of inclusion and social sustainability" and "Career counselling and professional guidance in a multicultural context". Since 2009, she has been collaborating with the La.R.I.O.S. Laboratory in the organisation and implementation of guidance projects, as well as conducting research related to the themes of vulnerabilities, guidance and work inclusion. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the La.R.I.O.S. Laboratory, Vice President of the Italian Guidance Society (SIO), and a member of the Advisory Board of the International Journal for Educational and Vocational Guidance. She is currently the Coordinator of the European project Equi-T (European Quality Development System for Inclusive Education and Teacher Training).


Salvatore Soresi | salvatore.soresi@unipd.it

He is currently a Senior Professor at the University of Padua and a Full Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology at the same University. He founded the La.R.I.O.S. Laboratory and the University Centre for Services and Research for Disability, Rehabilitation and Integration (now the University Centre for Disability and Inclusion) at the University of Padua. He is also a founding member of the Italian Society for Guidance (SIO), of which he served as President for eight years and is now an honorary member, as well as a founding member of the European Society of Vocational Designing and Career Counselling. In 2008, he was awarded by the Society of Counselling Psychology (American Psychological Association), and in 2013 by the ESVDC, for his contribution to the field of Career Guidance Psychology. In 2014, he received the "Distinguished Contributions to International Counselling Psychology" recognition from the International Association of Applied Psychology. In 2000, he received the High Patronage of the President of the Republic for the Magellano project. He is a member of the Life Design Group, the Career Adaptability International Collaborative Group, and the NICE project Steering Committee. He is also a member of the Special Task Group Globalisation within Division 17 of the American Psychological Association, a role he has held since 2011.
He was the founder and coordinator of the University Network for Counseling (2010–2013) and of the International Hope Research Team(IHRT) (2011–2014). He is the author of approximately three hundred publications, more than twenty books, and several important assessment tools, including the Optimist and Clipper portfolios and the Magellano project (OS, Florence). His study, research and training projects have developed over time around themes such as disability, inclusion, guidance and future construction, social justice and the fight against inequalities. He participates in the research and training activities of the La.R.I.O.S. Laboratory and the Italian Guidance Society, and collaborates with various national and international networks on social transformation projects in support of inclusion and social justice.
