Global Campus of Human Rights: Registration Open for Online Training for International Election Observers, 13-17 October 2025

Registration is now available for the online training course for international election observers, organised by the Global Campus of Human Rights, to be held online from 13 to 17 October 2025. The course aims to provide the tools and knowledge necessary to prepare professionals capable of effectively monitoring and evaluating voting processes, thus contributing to the strengthening of democratic practices. The lessons will be conducted in English in a mixed format, both asynchronous and synchronous.
The program is primarily aimed at young people aged 18 to 25, with a maximum of 25 participants, and has a registration fee of 450 euros. Fee waivers are available for a limited number of participants, and a 10% discount is offered for Global Campus Alumni. To apply for scholarships, applications must be submitted by 10 September 2025, while the deadline for registration only is 30 September 2025.
The course is organised under the patronage of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Italy, the Czech Republic, and Spain, and is endorsed by the European External Action Service (EEAS), the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the African Union, and the Carter Center.
